As all that data can be wholly enclosed into the APK and the expansion file, user will be able to watch the whole size of the app in Android Market prior to attaining and downloading it.
Most Interestingly, unlike earlier, the refund window will launch only if you have installed every one of the files. For Some newer devices, the development files will probably be instantly located whenever you download the core app from android market. However for more mature devices Google will give you a downloaded library (developer tool) to download the development file.
